Designer Showrooms at London Fashion Week   HOT !

Designer Showrooms at London Fashion Week

Dear Secret Agents,

Very leased to announce that we have successfully infiltrated Designer Showrooms at London Fashion Week 2015. Colourful secret agent designers were spreading our Tru’ Revolution through their SS16 collections.

One of the most prominent colourful secret agents was Zandra Rhodes. Her colourful career spans over 50 years. Strong blue. Strong pink. Bejewelled sporty caps, a collaboration with the colourful eccentric secret agent Andrew Logan. Snippets below but check out the complete Zandra Rhodes SS16 collection.

Then came the experimental in both colour and glitz – Sadie Williams. An expert secret agent in encrypted messages, she told you to go to sleep in a child’s bedroom with 70s disco inspired urban wear. Kapish? If you’re not one of us, you probably didn’t!

In terms of shoes, Joanne Stoker presented mind-blowing 70s designs incorporated into modern block heel. Polka dots. Stripes. ZigZag. Colour Block. All together, singing and dancing. Unbelievable? – Lucky I got a few shots for you to see!

When it came to bags, the top secret agent was no doubt MAYRAFEDANE. A flamboyant feast of colours and shapes – only available to the brave ones!

I found prints to match the bags above – thanks to Fyodor Golan who went all out of his way with colourful prints. Check out his SS16 catwalk.

Designer Holly Fulton had secret oval bags from AW15 hidden away. I got to them, but they were quickly removed and replaced with her SS16 collection. I suspect bags were stashed away in that vintage car waiting outside.

Holly Fulton’s new ready-to-wear collection, inspired by surrealist painter Eileen Agar, was just as intricate. Can you decipher the message in the dress below? I couldn’t – but I fell in love with it just the same!

LFW 15-5

I would wear the dress above with one of the flamboyant head pieces by Harvy Santos presented in the HEADONISM collection curated by the British Fashion Council. Check out the Umbrella Cinderella below, wearing one of his masterpieces.

Another recipient of the Headonism Award was Sophie Beale and her SS16 collection can be used for some serious secret agent camouflage! Tested & guaranteed!

Ah but wait, there is more. Secret agent Sarah Angold went to extra lengths with hidden messages. To see her beautiful art necklaces one needed 3D shades. Got myself a pair. What I saw in 3D was special, but am afraid is not for sharing – top secret! But you can catch her in Paris?

My camouflage for the day was from the Sirop collection by the Romanian designer Kiki Dumitrescu as featured on Secret Knock Sirop-Sirop.
