Agent 007 1

Agent 007

Dear Secret Agents,

Agent 007 speaking, now the Lady With the Golden Shoes!

Apologies for the month of silence. Our communication lines were hacked by the enemy. We had to remain silent for a while. When it came to our attention that the spies got hold of one of our precious Angel Golden Shoe and were holding it hostage somewhere in Hong Kong, I did the only thing left to do. I deployed our top secret agent the 007 Tru’ Bond to Hong Kong. If it were a Bond film The Man With the Golden Gun would became The Lady With the Golden Shoe.

Finding the Golden Shoes was not as hard is it seemes. Our intelligence reported that the shoe was being held hostage at the Regal HongKong Hotel in Causeway Bay, hidden somewhere in its golden corridors. Hide as they might, nothing would stop 007 Tru’ Bond from fighting away agents dressed as maids. Of course I got Angel Golden Shoes on my feet, again.

I stood merciless facing the last falling enemy agent I hit – before getting in the elevator and heading to the rooftop to…ahem…enjoy the view? That’s why I travelled all the way to Hong Kong, right?

Viva La Agent 007. Viva La Angel Golden Shoes!

This post is a collaboration with PRESTON ZLY. Angel golden shoe featured above is part of the HOTEL SANTIAGO collection.

Angel combines PRESTON ZLY’s long held obsession with the Japanese sandal with an upper of primitivist hand woven leather. The box like structure of the heel and platform are distinctly minimalist in character and these clean lines juxtapose beautifully with the woven leather detailing. A simple looking yet complicated shoe that slips on and off easily – perfect for the summer months. Oh yes, available in chocolate and silver, red, black, ivory and gold.
